Who we are...

Association for Protection of Civil Rights (APCR) is a civil rights group comprising advocates, social activists and grassroots paralegal social workers dedicated to using the legal system to protect and advance the civil and human rights in India. APCR is committed to the protection of society from violation of human rights, illegal detentions, custodial deaths, fake encounters, false cases on the behest of political exigencies, unprovoked firing on demonstrators, criminal negligence of officials and public servants at the time of natural and manmade calamities and consumer frauds by local manufacturers and service providers and multinational companies.
